We charge $35.00 per load. That is considered one normal size 13 gallon white kitchen trash bag. One normal size laundry basket.

A tall hamper loaded to the top is considered two loads. A hamper filled halfway is one load.

Example- 2 tall hampers filled to the top and 1 laundry basket filled would be 5 loads and =$175.00

A comforter is one load=$35.00

If your unsure of the price and how many loads you have you can text us a picture and we can give you a pretty good estimate.

But if it’s in a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag it’s $35.00.

Once we get your laundry home we will send you a invoice of fee charged.

Once we pick up your order and determine how many baskets/loads you have. Then we will send you an invoice and amount due.

Once we receive payment we will begin your 48 hour (or 24 hour for express) time window.

Once we send you the invoice, if we do not receive payment by the end of that day, your clothes will be returned to you the next day unwashed.

A $15.00 service fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to not accept any future orders.

Prompt payment is expected as we have lots of orders to fill.

Bounce or Downey dryer sheets

Arm & Hammer baking soda

Dawn dish detergent

Wool dryer balls

You are also welcome to send us your own products you would like used.

Not all of these products will be used with every load. That will be determined with each load and it’s needs or client’s requests.

We do not accept any items with the following:

Vomit

Feces-Human or animal

Hazardous materials

Lice/Bed bugs

We do not accept any dry clean only items or suits.

We try our hardest to make sure your items are cared for in the proper manner.

We dry all items in less it is bagged separately and told to hang to dry. So if i item gets dried and shrunk we can’t be responsible for that.

If an item is damaged in a manner that we caused, we will replace or pay for that item.

We are not responsible for stains that do not come out.

Yes! We do.

All items you want to be hung on hangers must be bagged separately and hangers included.

We do not supply hangers.

We do NOT guarantee stain removal.

We will treat stains and do the very best we can to get them out but some stains just cannot be removed.

If you have items with stains, please bag them separately. We will treat up to 5 items for stains for free. After that we have to right to charge an additional fee.

If you do not bag them separately, we will treat up to 5 stains if we see them but we won’t go through every item of your laundry just to look for stains.

We will hand wash 2 items per order if bagged separately. More than 2 and we will charge a additional fee.

We will not be responsible if hand wash only items are not bagged separately by you and then get washed and dried with the normal load.

Hang to dry items may not be fully dried when returned with express wash.

We accept comforters and blankets that can fit in a regular size washing machine.

A comforter is considered one load.
