Once we pick up your dirty clothes, we will send you a picture with the pickup time we arrived. Once we confirm the number of bags of clothes you have, we will send you an invoice with the fee to be charged.
Once we receive your payment, your 48-hour (or 24-hour for Express) window will begin, and we will start washing your laundry.
Once your laundry is completed, we will send you a text to let you know that your laundry is ready for delivery.
We will deliver it to your doorstep with a drop-off picture and time.
